Every lot gets standard release controls, third-party testing through ILS Lab and a Lot Release Packet with the COA, certificate of conformance, lot ID, reconciliation and packaging ID. A typical program runs 6–10 weeks to released pilot product. The pilot's specification and batch record then become the reference for reorders modeled at 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000 or more boxes.
